Samimi Haroon
Managing Partner & Co-Founder

Born and raised in the SF Bay Area, Samimi brings over 6 years of experience in finance and the real estate sector, having built 400+ multifamily units and underwrote $250M+ in multifamily investments through equity investing.
He’s the product of multi-generational entrepreneurs on both his maternal and paternal side.
As an MBA graduate from The Wharton School, Samimi applies his expertise to develop lasting culture, create meaningful impact and turn vision into action.
Outside of work, he is passionate about archery, mentoring youth, community service, and exploring the outdoors.

Yanna Gong
Managing Partner & Co-Founder

Born and raised in Minnesota, Yanna grew up working at her family’s business— a network of acupuncture clinics that have served their community for over three decades. Yanna spent 10+ years working for her parents' business supporting growth from one to eight locations.
In addition, 6 years as a senior manager across sales, product, and marketing in B2B companies (both private and publicly traded) and most recently helped drive growth at a $25 billion software company.
An MIT Sloan/Tsinghua MBA graduate, she combines strategic vision with operational expertise to support sustainable growth. In her free time, Yanna enjoys tennis, long walks, and meaningful conversations.
